We offer a combination of per-hour and retainer rates. Since our engagement model veers towards being in-house counsels we prefer engaging under retainer model but are happy to explore all other means.

We remain open to all engagement models. Typically, we provide dedicated resources who double-up as full-time employees of the client organization. Though it technically does not qualify as ‘secondment’, we find it to be an efficient and effective model both from a client servicing and managing team members' expectations.

Yes; since we operate as in-house counsels, we are able to effectively jump-in and replace an absentee team member during mat-leave/ sabbatical etc.

Yes we are a team of common law trained commercial attorneys with deep expertise in contracting in all common law jurisdictions including US, UK, Singapore and Australia. Our team members are qualified to practice law in India.

We have been using AI-based, automated tools since 2018. Our team is trained to use all large AI solutions in the legal domain including Kira, Spellbook etc. We have been part of and have driven large transformational projects where legal ops adapts to usage of AI tools.
